About Peace by Piece Counselling
Peace by Piece Counselling is a locally owned practice offering mental health services to children, teens, and adults. With a foundation in trauma-informed care and a strong understanding of the nervous system, I provide a supportive and collaborative space for clients to explore their experiences and build resilience. My approach is rooted in respect for each person’s story, and we tailor our work to meet the unique needs of every individual and family. Services include individual counselling, support for anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and guidance for neurodivergent clients and their caregivers. We also integrate somatic and play-informed strategies to meet younger clients where they are. I am committed to making a positive impact in our community by reducing stigma, promoting emotional wellness, and helping people access timely, meaningful, affirming care.
