About Veronica’s Gourmet Perogies
Following her grandparents' footprint from where they started their own business in Grand Forks making perogies, cabbage rolls and Borscht, Veronica Cave continues using her grandparents' Ukrainian recipes to create traditional and gourmet styles of perogies in many different flavours. Veronica's Gourmet Perogies hand pinch each perogy, and they support local farmers by using locally grown produce.
