DESCRIPTION:In celebration of Earth Day 2016\, The ABA is hosting the Aldergrove edition of the next Clean Up Langley Day on Saturday April 23\, 2016 from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm. By participating in Cleanup Langley Day\, you can be part of a team effort to keep our town clean. \nWe need your help! Volunteers will be picking up litter on our streets\, parks\, trails\, and creeks across the Township. In Aldergrove\, a particular area of focus will be the downtown business core (Fraser Hwy. from 276th St. to 262nd St.\, and 272nd St. between 32nd Ave. and 28th Ave.). \nVolunteers can meet: \n\nSaturday April 23\, 2016\n9:00 am – 2:00 pm\nExtra Foods parking lot\n272nd Street north of Fraser Highway\n\nABA Directors will be staffing the welcome tent (handing out supplies\, outlining safety guidelines\, and providing cleanup routes). \nChallenge another ABA business to see who can supply the most volunteers! \nTo register\, visit www.tol.ca/About-the-Township/Township-Events/Clean-Up-Langley-Registration. \nFor more information about the event\, visit www.tol.ca/About-the-Township/Township-Events/Article/1786/Fifth-Annual-Clean-Up-Langley-Day. \nHospitality Sponsors Needed\nWe’re also looking for a few ABA members in the restaurant / food sector to sponsor a hospitality tent and supply our hard-working cleanup crews with light snacks and drinks (water\, coffee\, juice etc.).
