SUMMARY:2015 Langley-Aldergrove-Abbotsford Alzheimer’s Walk for Memories
DESCRIPTION:The 2015 Langley-Aldergrove-Abbotsford Alzheimer’s Walk for Memories will take place on Sunday January 25 at Aldergrove Athletic Park. The event\, held during Alzheimer Awareness Month\, will raise money for the Alzheimer Society of BC. \nThe walk will take place rain or shine; supporters are invited to come to the Aldergrove park to draw attention to the need for more research into dementia\, for more facilities and support for caregivers\, and for the money to achieve these goals. There will be music\, food and entertainment\, as well as dementia information and resources. Walkers (no set distances) are encouraged to form fundraising teams. \nRegistration can be made online at www.walkformemories.com (scroll down to the “Langley\, Aldergrove and Abbotsford” link)\, or at the event.
